Maintenance Policy

  • In no event shall Action Website "www.action.jo" be responsible for any loss or damage to any data stored on the device’s memory or its attachments, or for any special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, whatever the cause of those damages and loss.
  • An amount of 10 dinars will be collected for inspection fees for the device in case the customer chooses not to repair it.
  • The fault is guaranteed for one month from the date of delivery, and the center is not responsible for devices that have been in the center for more than 30 days.
  • The warranty includes all repaired faults and manufacturing defects for the parts that have been replaced for a period to be determined according to the type of parts. The screen warranty includes manufacturing defects only and does not include breakage for any reason.
