- The RODE NT-USB is a universal studio-quality USB condenser microphone compatible with PC/Mac and iPad. Included in the package is a pop filter, mount, table tripod, USB cable and carrying case.
- The NT-USB is a highly versatile "side-address" microphone that is ideal for recording vocals and musical performances in addition to spoken applications such as podcasting and "voice-over".
- It is fully compatible with all major Windows and Mac OS-based DAW programs, as well as with Apple's iPad using RODE Rec, GarageBand, or any other recording app capable of accepting a signal from an external microphone. Use with an iPad requires the connection of a suitable USB adapter such as the Apple Camera Connection Kit (not included).
- The NT-USB body is equipped with a stereo headphone input (3.5mm jack) for zero-latency monitoring, allowing you to monitor the microphone input in real time and use a potentiometer to adjust the ratio between the direkt signal from the microphone input and the output from the computer/iPad.
- Also included is a premium pop-filter that mounts directly to the microphone base, so it is positioned at the ideal distance from the microphone capsule to minimize explosive consonants (hard "B", "T" or "p"). Also included is a high-quality stand mount with standard 3/8" thread, a tabletop "tripod" tripod that allows the NT-USB to be placed at a comfortable height on a table, a microphone case with zipper, and a 6m long USB cable.
